I call it the "Emotional Aikido® Practice", because it is just that; a daily practice that results in giving you more peace and contentment in your daily life, even when you are dealing with difficulties.  It's not a solution; it's a powerful tool that, once learned through conscious practice becomes second nature to you.  You learn to think differently about things, especially challenges and situations you don't like.
